Do you ship worldwide?

We ship internationally but because of legal restrictions or shipping carrier limitations there are some countries we cannot ship to. For now, we do not ship to Cuba, Iran, Crimea, Syria, and North Korea. 

 

What if my order is lost in the mail?

For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date. But no worries! We'll cover the costs of reprinting and shipping a replacement order for you.

 

What if my order is damaged in the mail?

If something arrives damaged, send a photo of the damaged goods to info@animeandhiphop.com then we'll gladly send a replacement at no cost to you.

 

How long do you take to respond?

Please allow 3 working days for a response, although we usually reply in 1 day. For return queries please contact us via email at info@animeandhiphop.com

Do you offer exchanges?

Unfortunately we do not offer this at the moment. We are a print on demand service, we only make items if we get an order for it, so we cannot offer exchanges. We can offer a refund and you can place a new order if you wish!
